Steps to Becoming a Volunteer. 

A. Fill out the forms below in one of 2 ways (online form or fillable PDF):

1.  Cat Matchers Volunteer Application
2.  Cat Matchers Volunteer Agreement, Release and Waiver
3.  Cat Matchers Permission and Release Form for Youth Volunteer (if under 18)

PDF fillable format and send to email: catmatchers@yahoo.com

1. Complete and return the Cat Matchers Volunteer Application
2. Complete and return the Cat Matchers Volunteer Agreement, Release & Waiver
3. Complete and return the Cat Matchers Permission and Release Form for Youth Volunteer if under 18
4. If you are interested in being a foster volunteer, click here for the additional required paperwork

B. You will be contacted by a volunteer(s) to set up orientation in the activity in which you would like to participate.

C. Attend additional training sessions as required for specific activities.
